• Practice Details:
• 70% inpatient / 30% outpatient
• Outpatient clinic: Tues & Thurs, 1–4:30 PM
• On-call every 3rd weekend
• Provide inpatient/outpatient consults and post-procedure rounds
• Perform diagnostic tests, physical exams, and histories
• Conduct radiologic procedures (e.g., paracentesis, thoracentesis, PICC, ports, biopsies)
• Maintain accurate records and treatment plans
• Collaborate with IR physicians, referring providers, and patients
• Support IR practice growth and ensure timely referrals
  
  

APP Requirements:

• Successful completion of an APRN master’s nursing degree or graduate of accredited PA program
• Current Missouri license preferred or the ability to obtain licensure
• Current DEA licensure
• Perform basic procedures and H&Ps consistent with training
  
  

Additional Qualifications:

• Possess ability to work independently/autonomously and interdependently with other health care professionals
• Have extensive patient assessment skills using diagnostic methods and instruments with the ability to develop appropriate care plans, modifying as indicated
• Possess effective communication skills and interpersonal skills with patients, families and members of the health care team
  
  

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a CNS or APRN master’s degree in a nursing program in the specialty area or must demonstrate successful completion of a formal post-graduate track or accredited program (within the specialty area) within a school of nursing granted graduate-level academic credit (e.g. graduate, non-matriculating program)
• Licensed in state of Missouri or Kansas, depending upon designated work location. Must be currently certified by a nationally recognized certifying body acceptable to the Missouri or Kansas State Board of Nursing as well as hold and maintain a current Document of Recognition
