Summary
  • This position sets up, serves and cleans up functions booked as catering events.
  • This position works under the supervision of the Manager, Lead or Resource and is employed by Mosaic Health System.
Duties
  • Sets up, serves and cleans up all departmental booked catering functions.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests as needed from a weekly catering packet.
  • Set tables according to the type of event and service standards as needed.
  • Communicates additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
  • Records amounts of specified catering items used at functions for accounting purposes.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One-year catering and/or cafeteria experience.
