Summary

• This position is responsible for entry-level support, configuration and managing of multiple imaging applications (RIS, Radiology PACS, SCImage, Ambra, etc). The Application Analyst I - Imaging consults with organizational clinicians, staff, and vendors of the imaging applications and is responsible for the configuration, testing, problem identification, issue resolution, and on-going support of the assigned imaging applications. The Application Analyst I – Imaging possesses the entry level technical expertise to support multiple imaging applications. This position is employed by Mosaic Life Care.
  
  

Duties

• Primary responsibility for support, configuration and managing multiple imaging applications, including RIS, Radiology PACS, SCIMAGE, Ambra, etc, including workstations.
• Performs entry level support and configuration of imaging applications. Perform daily monitoring of applications in production use; including 24/7 on call coverage when you are scheduled.
• Adhere to organization standards for system configuration and change control processes.
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Imaging Applications is required. 1 Year Imaging Applications is preferred.
