- The Mental Health Therapist works under the supervision of the Practice Manager to provide clinical assessment, referral and/or counseling for mental health problems. This position is employed by Mosaic Life Care.
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and follow-up to clients. Maintains and interprets documentation of clinical work and other statistically relevant data; meeting quality assurance standards.
- Provides assessment, counseling and/or referral services to patients at Mosaic Outpatient Behavioral Health or Mosaic Counseling Care. Provides assessment, counseling and/or referral services to patients at Mosaic Outpatient Behavioral Health or Mosaic Counseling Care.
- Other duties as assigned
- Master's Degree in Counseling or Master's Degree in Social Work is required.
- LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LPC - Licensed Prof Counselor is required.
- 3 Years of Clinical experience is required.
