Job Description
This person works full-time to meet end-user needs and is a part of the Epic Training Team. This individual will work for post-live stabilization and optimization periods, will work ad hoc with departments in need of extra Epic support. This individual works in conjunction with leadership on rounding in departments to determine additional training needed and EMR efficiency needs. This individual will serve as a liaison to the end user and application teams to assure correct training is being completed. This position will serve as one of the foundational training positions with the potential to become a certified or principal trainer as Mosaic develops a more comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities
- Training and Education to End users who need additional support after completing EUTS training.
- Ability to create thorough and complete documentation for project, intake, training, and other documentation as necessary.
- Work with department leaders for training in dashboard and reporting creation.
- Work with department leaders to create additional curricula as needed, based on identified gaps between foundation system training provided by epic and actual practice at Mosaic (Similar to Day in Life Sessions).
- Implement a 30/60/90-day checklist with new hires for all departments.
- Process TSAs for New Hire.
- Co-own New Hire Orientation and New Provider Orientation.
- Training room support.
- Manage Jira Ticketing System.
- Other duties as assigned.
- H.S. Diploma - Required. - Required
- Bachelor's Degree - Healthcare, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or similar or a related field. - Preferred
- 2 Years - Experience organizing and prioritizing to meet project deadlines. - Required
- 2 Years - Experience with adult learning and development, corporate training or organizational development programs. - Preferred
- 2 Years - Experience in human relations and in written, verbal and electronic communication. - Preferred
- 2 Years - Experience with oral presentation, facilitating and conducting training. - Preferred
- Experience in Epic is preferred but not required. - Preferred
- Upon Hire
- Must be able to travel between various system facilities and off-site locations as needed. - Required

- Understanding of Epic/Mosaic Workflows
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
