Details End User Computing Analyst IT Service Management Full Time Status Day Shift Pay: $54,038.40 - $81,057.60 / year Summary This position provides Information Technology customers with first level and second-level support for IT Service Management desktop hardware/software problems and requests. The End User Computing Analyst I will analyze micro-computer products and devices for compatibility, expandability and ease of use and support. The End User Computing Analyst I will provide backup as needed for the IT Service Management Team. This position will work under the supervision of the Help Desk Manager and is employed by Mosaic Health Systems. Duties Performs the packaging of EUC application software and distributes with remote software deployment technology. Coordinates configuration/installation and general troubleshooting of EUC hardware and software, including testing. Under general supervision, performs analytical, technical, administrative and integration work in the planning, design and installation of new and existing Mosaic computer systems, including hardware, software and peripherals. Evaluates end user requirements with EUC equipment/software and provides recommendations in compliance with EUC standards. Assists with overseeing, forecasting, and reporting of lifecycle management program in scope with IT Service Management. If necessary to resolve problems, coordinates resolution with the appropriate internal customer/vendor. Works with the vendor to resolve any issues. May require travel to an on-site/off-site location to achieve problem resolution. Provides support to end users to solve various end user computing problems including but is not limited to clinical applications and Mosaic standard software. This involves problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up steps. Uses a problem management system to ensure that all caregivers’ subject matter is responded to and resolved in a timely manner. Performs some domain Administration such as account management and giving groups and users required rights to perform their job. Other administrative tasks include, but are not limited to: adding, moving and deleting users from a group and checking rights of users. Provides remote or on-site device support and troubleshooting as needed. Responsible in management, design and support of MDM and mobile devices. Performs System Administration for VDI Infrastructure in scope of Thin Client Endpoint Management. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study is preferred. Jamf Certified Associate / Jamf 100 Course OR CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Windows 10, MD-100, Managing Modern Desktops, MD-101 within 180 days of hire is preferred. Microsoft, HP, Lenovo, Apple Macintosh preferred.
