Summary
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the application teams related to Revenue Cycle. Define goals and objectives and establish work plans and timelines for best utilization of resources. Develop and maintain project work plans and manage project resources/risks. Facilitate and manage all aspects of build related to Revenue Cycle applications across all system environments (e.g. test, training, production).
  • This position works under the supervision of the Director and is employed by Mosaic Health System.
Duties
  • Coordinate and prioritize day-to-day work effort of Application teams; a. Cadence / Prelude, b. Resolute Hospital Billing, c. Resolute Professional Billing, d. Grand Central, e. HIM Coding / Deficiency Tracking / Identity / ROI
  • Establish and monitor timelines, milestones and quality for team’s work.
  • Set clear performance expectations for quality and performance and hold team members accountable;
  • Assist with development of project work plans and manage special projects as needed;
  • Monitor and screen all change control requests and ensure change control process is followed by all team members;
  • Establish and facilitate excellent working relationships across the Health System;
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • All required education is a minimum requirement. Higher levels of education are acceptable. Bachelor’s Degree IT, Business Administration, or related field required and must understand revenue cycle processes (e.g. charge capture, DNB. Charge Master, billing, claims, contractual adjustments, etc.) at both the Health System-level and department level.
  • 5 years related experience and experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments required.
