- This position maintains and cares for the hospital grounds. Provides assistance for in-house Plant Services\Maintenance when needed.
- This position works under the supervision of the Director and/or Manager-Ground and is employed by Mosaic Health System.
- Maintains and cares for hospital grounds which include mowing and trimming grass, caring for trees and shrubs removal of snow and ice, trash and debris.
- Maintains landscape beds, including planting, weeding, mulching; trim and prune shrubbery and trees.
- Repairs and maintains irrigation systems throughout the campus.
- Cleans, repairs, and maintains grounds vehicles and equipment.
- Removes snow by shovel, snow blower, or plow from all Hospital grounds.
- High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
- Class E drivers license within 30 days of hire.
- Small engine repair, automotive repairs, and electrical knowledge required.
- Experience in tractor and bobcat operation, irrigation repair and light welding preferred.
