| Job Summary | The Student Financial Services Office Assistant provides exceptional customer service to students, families, faculty, and staff by supporting the daily operations of the Student Financial Services Office. This position assists with both financial aid and student accounts functions through frontline customer service, document management, administrative support, and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. |
