| Job Description | Missouri Western State University invites applications for the position of Assistant (or Associate) Dean in the College of Business and Professional Studies. This leadership role is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, collaborative professional with a background in business and marketing, passionate about working at an open-access, student-centered, applied-learning university. Position Overview: The Assistant (or Associate) Dean provides strategic, operational, and academic support to the Dean while working closely with faculty, staff, students, and external partners. The position plays a key role in advancing enrollment, strengthening industry engagement, supporting accreditation and assessment efforts, and promoting the College’s programs through effective communication and marketing strategies.
