Position Title | Transfer and Graduate Recruitment Coordinator |
Job Description | The Transfer and Graduate Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for recruiting transfer students to Missouri Western University, and supporting graduate recruitment through processing of applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Functions as a liaison between MWSU and community colleges.
- Works with a team on transfer articulation guides for community colleges.
- International transfer student transcript evaluation.
- Recruits community college transfer students; attending day, night and weekend college fairs
- Work with the Assistant Director of Admissions for New Student Success on special programs and visits, such as Griffon Express, special visit and VIP visit days, and community college counselor luncheons/dinner in area.
- Attend and work all special visit days, orientations, Griffon Edge and other campus visit programs as a member of the Office of Admissions.
- Organizes and conducts training sessions with community college advisors.
- Assists with regular registration and the registration/orientation program and aids in review of and development of internal and external correspondence and promotional materials.
- Processes graduate applications.
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

Required Qualifications | - Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or related field;
- Two (2) years of experience in transcript evaluation and student recruitment preferred;

Hours of Work | - Standard work hours are M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
