S2P Direct Specialist with Spanish

The position
Looking for a role where you are responsible not only for supporting the global users and vendors, but also taking part in process optimization and development of further innovative processes within the new GBS Center? Help us build S2P (Source to Pay) First Level Support team for European markets.
Tasks & responsibilities
As an S2P Direct Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Providing support for the Source to Pay process starting from order creation to the payment
• Assisting & answering queries from the global user community related to invoices and purchase orders
• Providing training on how to use the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba)
• Being the main contact for external suppliers – 1st level support
• Processing requests in ServiceNow
• Processing incoming queries (via phone call, MS Teams or e-mail) from BI employees as well as suppliers globally
• Analyzing system mistakes and reporting them to the admin teams
About our future employee
You should be fluent in Spanish (min. C1) and English (min. B2) and have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or contact center.
Additionally, we are looking for:
• Completed higher education
• Focus on high-quality customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Any additional European language (especially Italian) would be a great advantage
