THE OPPORTUNITY

Join Boehringer Ingelheim as an Animal Health Associate for Greece & Cyprus, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and operational excellence across Commercial, Supply, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance functions. This position offers you the chance to:

This role is based in Athens, Greece.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and submit local documentation for marketing activities.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, maintain AH databases, and generate reports.
  • Support in reviewing packaging elements and product information texts per RA standards.
  • Maintain and update Regulatory Affairs databases (e.g., DAVID).
  • Report quality complaints and discrepancies in GoTrack.
  • Support local inspection readiness and contribute to AH projects.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • A strong ability to navigate and connect across departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth communication between diverse functions.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage internal and external partners effectively.
  • Solid business administration background, enabling you to understand operational priorities and contribute to process improvements.
  • An affinity with regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance, not as your core expertise, but as an area you’re comfortable supporting and learning about.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the agility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in Greek and English, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Digital fluency and advanced knowledge of common tools (e.g., MS Office), plus openness to learning new systems.
