THE POSITION

· Poultry Product and Technical Manager, Seoul office

· Develop and execute marketing strategies for poultry products, while also providing professional veterinary technical support to key accounts, regional distributors, and sales representatives nationwide.

Duties & responsibilities

· Analyze poultry market trends and competitors to develop and implement marketing strategies as planned

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches and market expansion of existing products to meet agreed KPIs

· Provide veterinary technical support on poultry diseases and products upon request from regional distributors and sales team to achieve agreed targets

· Conduct poultry disease and product seminars and training programs for customers (farm owners, industry professionals) to provide appropriate support and accurate information in a timely and professional manner

· Plan and conduct field trials to support new product registration and demonstrate the efficacy of existing products, and collaborate with relevant departments to prepare documentation for product registration

· Install, inspect, maintain, and provide usage training for vaccine administration equipment to gain good quality vaccination process

Requirements

· Preferred of 3+ years of experience in poultry industry or experience in marketing/technical support in the animal health/feed industry

· Degree in Veterinary is preferred

· Flexibility (open to change, adapts to the situation)

· Analytical ability (outlining, specifying, rational)

· Interaction (open, good listening skills, strong communicator)

· Excellent communication and presentation skills (seminar and training capabilities)

· Proficiency in Korean and English language (ability to analyze international academic materials and collaborate globally)
