THE POSITION
- Prepare Best launch of Metalyse which will save patients’ lives with stroke
- Experience of new product launch
- Good company presence in Stroke market and EE endorsement
This role is based on the fixed term contract (February 2026 – March 31, 2027).
Duties & responsibilities
- Be responsible for ensuring Launch readiness, which includes:
- Leading/ driving local launch readiness process to achieve readiness milestones
- Working closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access to prepare for successful launch
- Be responsible for providing input to financial business planning cycle (Outlook and Long-term forecast {LTF} process), which includes:
- Contributing to the LTF/Outlook preparation by providing sales and investment planning for the defined brand
- Developing LTFs proposals for Sales and Direct Promotion
- Be responsible for Operational Plan (ICP) development, which includes:
- Providing input to the ROPU brand teams on local market, customer and competitor information as part of the development of the IBP
- Validating ROPU brand CSFs
- Providing input to the brand KPI development
- Be responsible for the tactical execution of the brand strategy to maximize business performance, which includes:
- Driving performance in line with company objectives - Ensuring achievement of Net sales, market share, and profitability objectives & strong collaboration with the local partner
- Be responsible for fostering and encouraging teamwork and cross-functional alignment in the local brand team and with the ROPU brand team, which includes:
- Organizing and leading cross-functional team interactions
- Maintaining strong interface with ROPU brand teams to facilitate growth of sales and market share
- Providing regular feedback to the brand team
- Ensuring local operational plan is aligned with key strategic direction
- Be responsible for monitoring and reporting, which includes:
- Managing allocated brand DP budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5-year marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry in Korea market
- Preferably having experience in product launch and launch readiness
- Preferably having experience in Neurology Therapeutic Area
- Highly developed communication skills both written and spoken, with the ability to convince and engage at all levels both internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task - organize, plan and solve problems effectively
- Strong business acumen, coupled with good balance of strategic thinking and operational rigor
- Structured and systematic ways of working
- Proficiency for English in professional level and fluent in Korean are required
