18 Month Contract

Supports reliable and compliant global supply of products to customers. Works directly with Artwork teams to ensure launches and product changes are completed in accordance with project timelines and milestones. Responsible for process optimization of BI´s artwork and change management process within a global framework. With alignment from Artwork teams and relevant stakeholders, delivers efficient and compliant artwork packaging development and process runs as well as other relevant artwork related topics and activities. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support suppliers, customers, and corporate center business and functions for all artwork related topics
  • Provide information to and handle requests from suppliers, customers center Business and functions for all artwork related topics with strong technical knowledge
  • Transactionally and strategically supports established Business objectives and priorities through stakeholder interactions and completion of assigned action items within local LCM teams. Acts as process owner for launch and change management ensuring system support and appropriated tool performance
  • Executes artwork projects in support of launches within a global framework to include ensuring alignment cross-functionally based on agreed upon requirements
  • Delivers artwork development for printed packaging material to achieve standardization and optimization (Process definition + improvement) and compliance within appropriated systems. Supports complex supply chain improvement projects by designing and documenting new processes, performing fit-gap analysis during roll outs, conducting change management, and training stakeholders as needed
  • Creates operating manuals, guidelines, and procedures with regards to launches, changes tools and applicable systems in accordance with expert technical knowledge and impact. Responsible for stakeholder training and day-today operations support with regards to relevant launches, change tools and systems. Acts as subject matter expert on applicable artwork processes and systems. Acts as mentor and provides direction to new team members and system key users
  • Contributes to the implementation and the maintenance of the Quality Management System within LCM and ensures continuous improvement thereof. Support the preparation of internal and external inspection/ GxP audits within LCM. Contribute to the review of procedures for the organization as well as for the processes against external and internal GxP requirements. Reports on relevant internal and external new GxP regulations. Contributes to the process of investigation and impact assessment in the deviation process. Contributes to timely definition and implementation of CAPA tasks with LCM. Performs and leads relevant document compliance training
  • Leads/delivers on the launch and change implementation workflows process. Support successful launches, transfers and changes via the execution of systems and tools based on LCM launch & change plans. Supports timely system enhancement jointly with GBS and IT in accordance with established compliance standards and business objectives. Represents the LCM organization in cross-functional teams by leading product SKU version allocation discussion. Provides relevant feedback to LCM teams in support of implementing new launch versions
  • In accordance with existing processes, acts as Packaging Coding expert to include capturing In coding information and managing technical interface information for the SKUs of existing and new products
  • Ensure compliance to country regulatory requirements in alignment within the BI´s environment. BI Supply Regulations and other SoPs relevant for Artwork Development and Launch and Change Implementation. Adherence to BI Corporate Design Guidelines. Notifies potential quality/compliance gaps/risks to Global Process Compliance when they occur. Adherence to established procedures ( SOPs, OCPs, OCSs) and reports non-compliance events with respects to the procedures assigned. Reports any discrepancies with potential quality impact


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution with in life sciences, economics, supply chain, business or relevant field.
  • In addition to bachelor's degree, a minimum of three (3) years of relevant LCM or supply chain experience within a regulated manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Experience must be inclusive of artwork systems/tool knowledge and supporting and/or leading moderate to complex projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Management and/or supporting Change Management projects alongside artwork processes, relevant technical and regulatory supply chain expertise to include the application of such.
  • Experience in training others and applying effective learning principles.
  • Dedicated team player with excellent communication skills and independent and customer-focus working style.
