Basic purpose of the job
The Sourcing Manager (purchasing governance manger) is responsible for the coordination and governance of various interfaces and processes, performance management, serves as an interface to other GBS areas and supports HoP initiatives securing ONE Global Sourcing organization implementation locally.

Accountabilities
- Drive harmonization at the local level.
- Ensure proper local KPI reporting on an ongoing basis.
- # of processes / approaches harmonized
- KPI reporting based on harmonized approaches
- Drive and manage HoP and Global Sourcing Governance initiatives.
- # of initiatives completed
- # of initiatives in progress
- Vision, Mission, Value Proposition adopted on a local level
- Establish the compliance framework for the local Sourcing organisation including processes, procedures, policies and legal/GxP requirements.
- # audit/inspection findings related to sourcing activities
- Monitoring of sunshine act, clearing house and CIA etc …
- Policy/SOP/procedures compliance
- Training compliance
- Ensure all team members are aware of mandatory SOP’s including GxP requirements and are in compliance with.
- Act at all times within the local pharmaceutical standards/ethics/legal and ensure direct reports are compliant.
- Report all adverse events to the local PV within the required timelines.
- Follow all company procedures and processes with respect to Finance, HR, IT, etc.
