Job Details:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree required; OR Master s with a B.S. in Engineering or equivalent technical degree preferred.
- Experience: 6 plus years’ experience with Bachelor’s Degree required or 3 plus years’ experience with M.S. Degree preferred; Management of Consumer Products Manufacturing experience desired. Knowledge of manufacturing execution in an environment of Supply Chain Optimization Production Planning Detailed Production Scheduling and Process Costing desired. Packing experience preferred
- Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools required; ability to create written documentation; familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems and SAP MM QM and PP PI modules a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present difficult concepts in understandable terms to all levels of the organization.
- Special Skills: Extensive knowledge of and experience with the business processes related to consumer products manufacturing; excellent leadership consultative and interpersonal skills; organized results-oriented focus.
- Travel: Travel maybe required.
- Must reside in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
