We are looking for a Wire Harness Assembler which is a specialist in the field of electrical engineering, focused on the intricate task of constructing wire harnesses. These assemblies consist of systematically bound wires, terminals, and connectors that play a crucial role in the streamlined transmission of electrical power and signals in our service trucks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to read electrical schematics and build harnesses to match and have the ability to test those harnesses.
- Wire custom electrical systems according to vehicle specifications.
- Understands schematic diagrams, technical specifications, and the properties of different wire types and connectors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Manual dexterity, fine manipulation and the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
- Able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have a precise blend of technical knowledge, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in use of specialized tools and machinery designed for cutting, stripping, crimping, and testing wires and cables.
- 1-3 years professional experience with low-voltage electrical systems.
- Must be able to read and interpret wiring diagrams and vehicle schematics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a safe manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
