Our Graphics Division is looking for a motivated Production Assistant to help us provide superior customer service by engaging in numerous aspects of our production process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with day-to-day print production projects
- Operate digital printers, laminators and plotters
- Conducts quality control from start to finish of jobs
- Prepare and check print files to assure they are print ready
- Communicate closely with our production manager, design and install teams to assure jobs keep on print schedule
- Sign fabrication, vinyl application
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
- Other duties as assigned
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Manual dexterity, fine manipulation and the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be trustworthy, detail-oriented and highly motivated
- Strong written, verbal communication
- Knowledge of some computer design software
- Ability to see and understand color / CMYK
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in a digital production print environment preferred
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
