We are growing quickly and looking for a customer service-oriented individual with a friendly, poised demeanor to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support general marketing efforts and help maintain digital presence.
- Assist with organizing materials, coordination vendor relationships and tracking job details.
- Obtain sign and city permits as needed.
- Assist with light bookkeeping, billing and internal documentation.
- Create and maintain policy orders.
- Coordinated logistics for events and team travel.
- Assist sales team with job preparation and client follow-up.
- Handle basic quoting, order processing and customer inquiries.
- Participate in day-to-day operations to ensure project flow and customer satisfaction.
- Additional duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Requires frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time in an office setting.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
- Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
- Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs. Normal range of hearing and vision.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent follow-through skills.
- Professional, responsible and customer oriented at all times.
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
