Basic Purpose of Position: Provides operational and administrative support for the Bank's lending functions. Responsible for accurately processing, maintaining, and servicing loans throughout the life of the loan. Reviews loan documentation, maintains loan records, and supports lenders and other Bank employees with loan – related requests. Represents the Bank in a professional manner and provides excellent service in all customer and employee interactions.

Primary Responsibilities:
Reviews loan documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper authorization.
Boards new loans and enters loan information into the Bank's core processing system.
Processes loan payments, advances, payoffs, renewals, modifications, and other loan maintenance requests.
Maintains accurate loan files, records, and supporting documentation.
Tracks and monitors required documents, including insurance, titles, liens, UCC filings, and other collateral documentation.
Assists with perfecting and releasing collateral as required.
Responds to loan – related questions and provides support to lenders, Bank employees, and customers.
Ensures loan transactions and documentation are processed according to Bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Assists the Loan Operations Department with other duties as assigned.
