Summary of Position:
>This position is responsible for business-to-business telephone sales with additional duties as needed.
>Responsibilities include calling on potential and existing customers, digesting the customer’s needs, answering product questions, recommending product to fulfill the customer’s production requirements, completing the sale and all paperwork needed to ensure timely delivery and documentation of customer issues with accurate and detailed notes.
Desired Qualifications:
>History of sales or customer service experience.
>Ability to multi-task.
>Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Social Media, Web search).
>Mechanical aptitude.
>Knowledge of manufacturing type facilities.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Good verbal and written skills.
Good telephone etiquette, attendance, and organization skills.
