We are seeking a Part Time, 5 hr/week, Maintenance Technician to support the Operations Manager in performing maintenance duties that preserve the integrity and value of the property and guarantee a safe, well-maintained facility for our customers, tenants and employees. This position is well suited for an entry level candidate or an experienced candidate who wants to earn extra income on the side. Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)
General knowledge of Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, Custodial etc. preferred, or must possess qualities necessary to learn and utilize new skills to complete duties as assigned.
