Purpose:
– The purpose of this position is to urgently deliver project management, strategic alignment and implementation as well as support for key organizational projects and all new product set-up and management for on time delivery. Job Accountabilities:
– Developing, implementing, and monitoring projects and completing tasks to ensure that key projects assigned by the CEO are advanced to meet strategic and tactical goals.
– Efficiently manages new or unplanned projects with agility and flexibility as they arise, ensuring stakeholder engagement and valuing quality project management for all top projects of BioZyme’s leadership.
– Directs and coordinates work efforts of cross-functional teams, ensuring that work adheres to quality standards and is achieved by project deadlines.
– Manages projects efficiently with superior organizational skills and attention to detail, delivering projects on time and in alignment with goals, outcomes and expectations.
– Set-up and follow the Asana new product development template for each new product initiative.
– Determine and prioritize requirements for each new product, custom or tolling opportunity and then set and keep the timeline in place.
– Work closely with all departments to ensure the new product set up is accurate and timely in all systems – BO, SCC, GP
– Execute regular monthly audits to ensure all product set up data is accurate system wide.
– Outline and execute a detailed product strategy for the launch before beginning if the product is to be a BioZyme stock product
– Understand product positioning and selling points for all products
– Support marketing team in launch efforts, including materials, ads, and communication to customers and internal teams
– Generate new product ideas grounded in research and data
– Develop Product pricing and positioning strategies in collaboration with product marketing
– Act as a Product spokesperson and represent the company in these new products for all internal and external stakeholders
– Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
– Required Education: High School Diploma
– 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, product support, or a related role
– Experience working on cross-functional projects and coordinating timelines and deliverables
– Familiarity with new product setup, product launches, or operational project support
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing needs
