Description:
As a Master Technician at Precision Tune Auto Care, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. You will work with advanced diagnostic equipment and have the opportunity to train and mentor junior technicians. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in the auto repair industry and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
* Use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues.
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and provide accurate repair recommendations.
* Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
* Train and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle’s condition and necessary repairs.
* Document all repairs and services performed in a detailed and accurate manner.

Qualifications:
* ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent (preferred)
* Minimum of five years of experience as an automotive technician.
* Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
* Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
