| Childcare Center Director InterServ is seeking a Center Director to run daily operations in our State Licensed and Nationally Accredited (NAEYC) childcare center serving children from birth to 12 years old. There are several pathways to being qualified for this position. Below are the education options, in addition to 5 years of experience in settings with 30+ children and 1 year experience managing teams of 10+ staff. BS or BA in Early Childhood or Elementary Education (or similar) PLUS 9 college credits in business BS or BA in Business PLUS 36 college credits in Early Childhood or Elementary Education (or similar) Early Childhood Teaching Certificate PLUS 9 college credits in Business. Candidates with a business degree and a willingness to take early childhood classes may qualify for employer sponsored scholarship dollars. | |
