| Position Type: Full-Time, On Site Key Responsibilities: · Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on personal and professional computers and laptops. · Clean and remove viruses, malware, and other cybersecurity threats from devices. · Troubleshoot, repair, and set up printers and multi-functional devices. · Install, configure, and set up new computers, laptops, and printers. · Assist customers with email setup, troubleshooting, and operating system support. · Provide networking solutions for homes and businesses, including router setup, Wi-Fi optimization, and connectivity troubleshooting. · Install and troubleshoot security camera systems for residential and commercial clients. · Offer guidance and recommendations to customers for hardware and software improvements or upgrades. · Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers about issues, solutions, and timelines. Qualifications: · Proven experience as an IT support specialist or similar role. · Strong understanding of hardware, software, operating systems, and networking principles. · Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues across Windows platforms (MacOS a bonus). · Experience with virus and malware removal tools and processes. · Familiarity with networking setups, including routers, switches, and security cameras. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working directly with customers. · Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. A valid driver’s license is required, as some on-site customer support is necessary.
