Description:
Purpose:
The HR Front Desk Administrator will act as first point of contact for all guests/visitors using a concierge approach. The HR Front Desk Administrator is responsible for providing positive interactions for all persons entering the facility.

Accountabilities:
– Greet and assist all visitors
– Ensure all visitors sign in and out using the guest system at the Stockyards location
– Notify Senior Manager of Human Resources and Accountability of NDA’s needed
– Receive, direct, and relay fax messages
– Assess and lead the need for kitchen supplies and cleanliness, including refrigerator clean-up, weekly, and its related communication
– Ensure all conference rooms of both St. Joe locations are clean, including the whiteboards, and stocked with drinks, snacks, and additional supplies
– Assist in the preparation of meetings – copying, scanning, stapling, etc.
– Check mailbox daily and distribute mail as necessary
– Collect and distribute all mail and/or packages that arrive at the front desk
– Runs errands related to readiness, as requested
– Assist in food deliveries and orders, as requested
– Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
– Assist with travel accommodations as needed
– Provide support to the use of the postage machine
– Provide support to management, as requested
– Print the President & CEO's calendar every morning and place on desk
– Ensures all printers are filled with paper, daily
– Assists with orientation needs, as requested
– Complete airport runs as requested, pick up and drop offs using Company vehicle

Qualifications:
– Required Education- A bachelor's degree or higher
– Required Experience- 3+ years of experience
– Competencies (Preferred):
