| The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance, supervision, and cleaning of the property. A perfect candidate would have 2-3 years of facilities maintenance experience, and be willing to work hands on with the maintenance and housekeeping departments. *This position has a $1500 Sign On Bonus, and will be paid hourly at $20.00 per hour* The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the property. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance and cleaning of the property QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent required and/or college education. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must be able to Obtain and Maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming Commission License LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to effectively communicate in English. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. COMPUTER SKILLS Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills. DISCLAIMER: This job posting is intended to describe the general nature of this position.
