Listing Title: Chief Development Officer Company Name: Second Harvest Community Food Bank Title of Position: Chief Development Officer Description: Looking to become a leader on a dynamic team for a regional organization with a tremendous reputation and a mission to serve? Second Harvest Community Food Bank is seeking its next Chief Development Officer, a position responsible for the development of financial resources overseeing fundraising and communication efforts. Duties include coordinating all fundraising campaigns, management of donor relations, grant management, and oversight of marketing and media relations.

Seeking Candidates with:
• Bachelor's degree with a focus in public relations, marketing, or other related
• Four to five (4-5) years of related job experience required with education and experience sufficient to successfully perform job duties.
• Demonstrated experience and success in nonprofit fundraising
• Capital campaign experience
• Grant writing experience
• Planned giving experience
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to work independently and as a team to meet goals and objectives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• CFRE designation a plus
