ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance and cleaning of the property
- Scheduling and supervising maintenance, ground, and custodial employees
- Training team members
- Enforce compliance with laws and regulations regarding safety, fire, and health
- Inventory control
- Implement policy procedures
- Provide a safe, clean environment for guests and employees
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and SDS manual
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: The supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent required and/or college education.
- Broad Knowledge of organizational, communication, and supervision skills.
- Excellent customer and employee service skills are essential.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Must be able to Obtain and Maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming Commission License
- Must have a valid driver's license
SKILLS
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
