ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily numbers for covers for Coffee Shop
- Weekly department staff scheduling
- Employment hiring process
- New hire process
- Administer and enforce internal cash controls and procedure
- Administer and enforce inventory controls
- Maintain daily and weekly revenue reports
- Weekly purchasing of all liquor, beer, wine and beverage supplies
- Maintain proper sanitation and Health Department standards
- Maintain proper maintenance schedule for all beverage department equipment and supplies
- Any reasonable request by your immediate Manager
- Ensure proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standard are followed and maintained
- Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazard, debris and litter
- Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies

- Keeping a daily log of each shift for Manager
