We are seeking a Dual Role Slot Attendant/Slot Shift Supervisor. In this position, you will not only provide a variety of services to customers in order to ensure the overall effectiveness of all Slot Department operations, but also assume supervisory responsibilities. As a Supervisor, you will oversee and monitor Slot Attendants. and servicing of machines when malfunctions that require repair occur.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide proactive and professional customer service to all Casino guests.
- Service machines when minor malfunctions occur.
- Observe slot machine play.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State currency reporting regulations.
- Maintain uniform and follow department grooming and appearance standards.
- Must abide to any reasonable request of immediate Supervisor or any Manager.
- Assist Slot Shift Supervisor with any duties designated.
- Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
- Perform all your job functions in a safe and responsible manner.
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
- Monitor slot floor for situations requiring attention or action
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent employee and customer service skills and basic mechanical aptitude are essential.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
