This position is responsible for providing a variety of services to customers in order to ensure the overall effectiveness of all Slot Department operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform maintenance, overhaul, and modification procedures on slot machines.
- Service machines when malfunctions occur.
- Maintain proper department uniform and grooming standards.
- Any reasonable request made by the immediate Supervisor or manager.
- Provide proactive and professional customer service to all casino patrons.
- Ensure compliance with Missouri Internal Controls and Gaming Regulations.
- Maintain uniform and follow department grooming and appearance standards.
- Assist Slot Shift Supervisor, Slot Technical Analyst, and Slot Operation Manager with any designated duties.
- Keep your work area clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
- Perform all of your job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must know casino rules and regulations pertaining to the Slot Technician position. Formal training in the repair of electronic slot machines and related equipment is required. The capability to perform the most common repairs on electronic slot machines is required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate Missouri Gaming License.
SKILLS
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming Commission License.
