- Implement casino department policies and procedures as directed by the Casino Manager.
- Manage, direct, and supervise on a shift basis, all personnel assigned to casino operations.
- Handle customer relations and disputes.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state currency reporting requirements.
- Ensure all department staff uniforms, appearance, and grooming standards are maintained.
- Any reasonable request by the Casino Manager or General Manager.
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
