The Table Games Dealer is responsible for all aspects of dealing assigned games (i.e., Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, etc.)
EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS INCLUDE (Other Duties May Be Assigned)
- Safeguard assets of the company.
- Demonstrate a practical working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
- Exchange currency for gaming chips.
- Collect bets and pay winning wagers.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and state currency reporting requirements.
- Maintain proper department uniform and appearance standards.
- Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor or any Manager
- Meet job attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
- Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter
- Perform all job functions safely and responsibly.
- Comply with all Missouri Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations and other local, state, or federal guidelines.
- Meet company attendance requirements.
- May be required to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed represent the required knowledge, skill, and/or ability.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be able to complete math basics tests and display adequate gaming skills. Excellent employee and customer service skills are essential.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming Commissions License.
SKILLS
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
