  • Pay Range: $19.66 - $31.46 / hour
Summary
  • The LPN works under the direction of the RN and/or Provider. Administers quality patient care according to established standards. May be required to work in other areas according to skill of staff and acuity of patients. Provides exceptional service to all patients and customers.The LPN works under the supervision of the Director, and is employed by Mosaic Life Care.
Duties
  • Completes daily reassessments for assigned patients and documents findings.
  • Updates and implements the plan of care.
  • Administers medications and monitors patients’ responses to medications including intravenous fluids and medications.
  • Contributes to the professional development of peers, colleagues, and others (students, orientees).
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • LPNIV - Lpn Iv Cert in the State of Missouri or Kansas, depending upon designated work location within 90 days.Clinical\\BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days.
  • 1 year of experience in Hospital setting.
