- The Sunshine Personal Assistant (SPA) and well-being concierge implements the concierge program at Mosaic Life Care. The position is responsible for providing high quality customer service by fulfilling designated requests of Mosaic caregivers, volunteers, patients, family members and physicians. The caregiver in this position will be part of and contribute to a team supporting organizational rewards, recognition, and well-being events.
- Executes the fulfillment of customer concierge requests within established guidelines.
- Establishes, builds, and maintains relationships with outside vendors, local businesses, and other organizations to promote services that provide benefit to Mosaic caregivers, volunteers, patients, and families.
- Participates in the review and evaluation of the program and recommends changes or additional services to continually improve the program in alignment with Mosaic's vision, mission, and values.
- Other duties as assigned
- H.S. Diploma is required.
- 3 Years - Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
