- Pay Range: $26.33 - $42.13 / hour
- This position performs patient assessment and follows established standards and practices for nursing care. May delegate responsibilities and provide clinical oversight to other unlicensed nursing staff.
- This position works under the supervision of Clinic Manager and under the direction of the Provider, and is employed by Mosaic Life Care.
- Greets and prepares patient for provider examination and treatment. Performs general nursing care to patients.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
- Assists provider with procedures and properly maintains equipment before and after procedures.
- Engages in patient/family teaching to achieve the desired patient outcome.
- Review medical charts for completeness. Documents all medications, refills, telephone conversations and patient visits in the medical record.
- Other duties as assigned
- Graduate of a school of nursing is required. BSN is preferred.
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure within 90 days of employment is required. Clinical\BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days of employment is required.
- 1 Year of hospital or clinic nursing experience preferred.
