Summary
  • The Provider Services Contracts Coordinator maintains and manages our provider agreements data to ensure smooth operations and effective relationships with both non-contracted and contracted network providers. This role collaborates closely with various internal departments and external providers to facilitate accurate provider agreements. This position is employed by Mosaic Life Care.
Duties
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts, amendments, renewals and Letter of Intents.
  • Acts as a liaison among leadership, including the Medical Group President, and team members from Legal, Compliance, Recruitment, and Physician Compensation departments to ensure all needs are met for the organization and discrepancies are resolved.
  • Manages technology resources used in the contracting process for the approval, signature, distribution, and storage of documents to ensure continuity and consistency among stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree Or equivalent education, training or experience is required.
  • 2 Years working with providers is required. 2 Years of working in a health care setting or with health care data is preferred. 2 Years of Project management experience or experience supporting program/projects is preferred.
