Summary
  • This position is responsible for providing front-line support to caregivers (active and inactive), managers, field staff, and company vendors. This primarily includes handling inbound phone calls, inbound tickets, and back-office work primarily targeted as answering questions and executing transactions. The types of calls and transactions supported might be about a number of functional areas, including benefits, pay, maintenance, housekeeping, catering, contracts, marketing, and more. This position may also be asked to take on related project work, such as documenting procedures.
  • This position works under the supervision of the Manager and is employed by Mosaic Health System.

Duties
  • Handle inbound phone calls, answering questions or initiating transactions as required in support of caller’s needs.
  • Provide phone coverage, which includes being diligent about timeliness and availability when phone coverage is expected
  • Fully leverage and follow documented procedures to answer questions or process transactions. This means NOT providing information or performing tasks that are not clearly defined and specified, and raising it to management when there are gaps, confusing, or incorrect information, or new/additional procedures/information are needed
  • Process back-office transactions per standard expectations or as assigned
  • Have a customer-first mentality and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Business experience or Solution Center experience preferred.
