Summary
  • This position supports all activities that result in the selection of internal and external candidates for vacant or new positions and performs administrative, transactional and data/records management activities in Talent Agency systems, including Cornerstone (MyPath) and Lawson. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, requisition data management, posting jobs as directed, ordering and processing results of background checks, assisting with the interview process, progressing candidates through the application cycle, and applicant data management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing life-cycle transactions for existing caregivers, such as new hire set up, job status change, compensation updates as directed by the organization, separations, etc. Additionally, this position will assist internal and external vendors and Talent Services caregivers with questions and concerns as needed.
  • This position is employed by Mosaic Health System.
Duties
  • Assist with the creation and posting of an approved requisition for a vacant and/or open position to internal and external sites
  • Initiate, collect, process, and maintain applicant data, including but not limited to, background checks, interviewer recommendations, and assessment results
  • Schedule interviews and add applicable interview information in the system. Send appropriate notifications to candidates and interviewer(s)
  • Maintain and update candidate status / disposition in applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal and state employment laws
  • Process employee transactions using Lawson and other systems as needed. Transactions may include new hire data entry and set up, promotions, transfers, pay rate adjustments, separations, etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area preferred
  • At least one year’s Talent Services / HR or related experience preferred.
