Summary

This position will focus on learning how the organization operates and expected to gain valuable insight that can further chosen career field.

Business Analytics & Market Research Intern:
Intern will collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources on market trends, patient behavior, and competitors. The intern will explore data to identify patterns, trends, and insights using statistical and data visualization tools. Build models using statistical techniques and create detailed reports to help the organization make informed, data-driven decisions.

This position reports to the Manager or Director of the department and is employed by Mosaic Health Systems.

Duties
  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information.
  • Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed.
  • Assist in preparing information and research materials.
  • Take notes and memos during meetings.
  • Type documents, drafts, and reports as well as create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records as well as update company calendars.
  • Respond to web correspondence, social media posts, and emails
  • Research and gather documentation on company position in industry
  • Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms
  • Attend company functions and networking events
  • Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required. Junior or Senior college level student preferred.
  • Computer knowledge required. Familiar with a variety of software program, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint is required.
