Details Cybersecurity IAM Analyst II IT Cybersecurity Full Time Status Day Shift Pay: $68182.40 - $102273.60 / year Summary Remote work is permitted in the following states: Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, The purpose of the Cybersecurity IAM Analyst II position is to support the Identity Access Management team for Mosaic Life Care. The Cybersecurity IAM Analyst II will report to the Cybersecurity IAM Director. This program is responsible for the Identity Access Management strategy including Access Request, Access Provisioning and Deprovisioning, Access Review and Role Based Access. The expectations for this position are: • Support the strategy, standards, processes and technology to ensure end user access is provided timely and securely. • Work with various teams to identify gaps in and expand coverage of identity access management controls and processes. Experience with Identity Access Management technologies such as Identity Lifecycle solutions, Active Directory, Epic, EHR applications and ERP applications. Assist in the development of identity access management processes, standard operating procedures, playbooks and runbooks • Ability to analyze data and communicate risk to non-technical consumers Able to review and consult on identity access management solutions to resolve intermediate technical and business issues. Assists in design, development, and implementation to integrate new identity solutions within the existing architecture. This position is employed by Mosaic Life Care. Duties Responsible for establishing effective working relationships with System Administrators, Application teams, as well as external teams to support Identity Access Management operations. Responsible for Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) provisioning, de-provisioning, and transfer requests. Other duties as assigned Qualifications H.S. Diploma High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Processing or related field preferred. CISA, COMPTIA Network+, Security+, SANS/GIAC, CISSP - Cert Information Systems Security Professional is preferred. 2 years of Job related experience is required. 4 years of AWS system management experience Experienced cybersecurity analyst requirements would consist of having job related experience; advanced training in security concepts such as application, CISSP or similar certificates is preferred.
