Summary
  • The Organizational Development Specialist works under the supervision of the DIRECTOR- Organizational Development and Well-being. Performs functions determined to be integral to the professional development of Mosaic Life Care (MLC) caregivers. Coordinates and supports the development of employee training programs. Works with leaders, caregivers, and speakers to coordinate the time and location of training and ensure that the necessary resources and facilities are available to properly conduct classes. Input, update, and track courses and attendees in the organization's Learning Management System as applicable. May instruct or facilitate training or demonstrate principles and serve as administrative support at training sessions. This position is employed by Mosaic Life Care.
Duties
  • Plans, develops, and coordinates efforts to enhance caregiver knowledge of Mosaic Life Care’s vision, mission and strategies with a primary focus on new hire orientation.
  • Support the development and facilitation of caregiver and leadership development education and training.
  • Input, update and track courses and attendees in the LMS system related to training opportunities.
  • Contributes to the overall department vision, mission and strategies that support caregiver growth and development with emphasis in career growth opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 2 years of experience with emphasis in learning and development is preffered.
