Job Duties: Diagnose and treat a full spectrum of diseases, disorders and injuries of human internal organ systems. Develop a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment and/or referral. Stress the importance of preventative health care measures. Use all available resources in diagnosis and treatment in an appropriate and cost-efficient manner. Confer with consulting physicians, nurses, patients and patients' families concerning treatment and care of patients. Refer those cases that require specialist services while maintaining responsibility to assure that continuity of care is provided. Regular travel to worksites in St. Joseph, MO.

Salary: $260,000 to $300,000 per year
Education Required: MD or DO
Other Requirements:
  • License to practice medicine in Missouri.
  • Completion of an internal medicine residency.
