Summary
  • Candidates residing in the following states will be considered for remote employment: Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Remote work will not be permitted from any other state at this time.
  • This position assists in building and maintaining the framework in which the organization’s financial and statistical performance can be measured and improved. This includes maintenance of the enterprise budget and costing systems, as well as other financial or statistical systems that relate to operational or financial performance. This position will help develop and refine methodologies and metrics that provide organizational insight to leaders within the organization. In addition, this position will also help educate leaders on financial management and metrics.
  • This position is employed by Mosaic Health System.
Duties
  • Maintains enterprise financial systems (cost accounting, budget, productivity, financial planning, capital planning)
  • Audits and maintains data integrity
  • Develops and maintains methodologies for costing, corporate allocations, service line analysis, and productivity analysis
  • Performs data reconciliations and submissions, while also evaluating and refining analysis systems
  • Educates leaders on financial management and metrics
Qualifications
  • Bachelors' Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, or related field.
  • Three years finance or accounting experience required. Healthcare finance or accounting experience preferred.
