Provides administrative support regarding department processes. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of complex administrative activities in support of functional areas such as finance, sales, marketing, purchasing, RD'M, human resources, IT, etc. or for a specific project/business/technical unit
  • May provide administrative support to individuals as needed
  • Collects, communicates, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources
  • Compiles, reviews, and analyzes complex data.
  • Uses software within functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
  • May design processes to enhance workflow
  • Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures
  • Works with other members of the team to help resolve issues


Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent experience
  • Associates degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • Typically five or more (5+) years administrative, customer service and/or relevant business experience.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and data entry experience
  • Demonstrated high degree of accuracy, problem-solving and problem resolution as well as high attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Office applications/database
  • Good organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
