Join Our Team as an Order Control Technician!
OCD process ECK’d orders and from PIM into Compass. Process may include PIM maintenance including addition, removal, or manipulation of color, quantity and subunits on various parts within the data base. May also include verification of MSD and Exception drawings. OCD pushes the data from PIM into Compass Interface manager and once confirmed correct and complete Books the Order inside Compass.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares work order schedule throughout the day
- Processes Orders from PIM into Compass
- Schedules and Process En- parts orders
- Assist Engineering in correcting invalid parts after order is ECK’d.
- Books all Building Orders and Places all EN- parts order on PCIC Hold after successful Import into Compass
- Process all ERN’s for PIM orders processed by OCD
- Submits and answers emails for questions and updates pertaining to all of the above
- Trains team members when needed
Education & Experience Qualifications
Minimum:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Pre-Engineered building knowledge
- Must be proficient in sending and receiving emails, advanced knowledge of Excel
